Haitian authorities have released one of the last two U.S. Baptist missionaries jailed for trying to take orphans out of the country after the earthquake.Charisa coulter left her cell Monday accompanied staff of the U.S. Embassy.Eight other Americans had been already been released.Still in custody is their leader, Laura Silsby.The ten were arrested last January.
