A district-wide lockdown for Minneapolis schools today...The school district giving the order after police informed officials of vague threats posted on the web.The code-yellow lockdown was lifted at the end of the school day.District spokeswoman Emily Lowther says the threats were posted on two social networking sites.Those threats didn't specify a school, so they were all put on alert.The district's 34,000 students still had to go to class, but access to buildings was restricted.St. Paul police say computer experts have tracked the messages to servers in Australia.
