A torn power line backs up traffic along Highway 169 this afternoon.The live line stretched across the highway...Authorities urged people near the line to stay indoors until it could be fixed.Mankato Fire Officials weren't able to confirm what caused the line to break and say no one was injured during the incident.Xcel Energy workers were on the scene to repair the torn line.
