A dare lead to several charges for one 19–year–old this weekend. Matthew Steven Krohn is charged with fourth degree DWI, fleeing on foot, obstruction of legal process, careless driving and underage consumption.

On Sunday around 3 a–m, Police noticed a golf cart pull onto Monks Avenue and drive onto the lawn of an apartment complex. Officers found the cart stuck in a pile of gravel.

Police say Krohn tried to flee the scene, but was caught without incident.

Krohn reportedly told police he stole the cart from Highland Hills Apartment complex on a dare.
