The search continues for a woman who kidnapped her two young children from a rural Blue Earth County foster home Tuesday.
Officials are following up on leads, trying to track down 21-year-old Reina Gandarilla. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
Officials say the children and the mother were living together at a foster home near Pemberton, in what's known as 'whole family foster care;' Gandarilla does not have parental rights.
Officials say they believe Gandarilla has help.
"We think that she probably does, based on the fact that she didn't have a vehicle at the foster home, when she left, so we think that there are probably people helping her," said Capt. Rich Murry of the Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office.
If you have information on Gandarilla's whereabouts, you are asked to contact authorities.
