Officials in Japan have ordered emergency inspections on traffic tunnels after one collapsed over the weekend, killing at least nine people. Highway workers are checking dozens of tunnels across Japan after Saturday's deadly disaster. Giant slabs of concrete fell from the tunnel's ceiling...smashing vehicles below. Inspectors believe loose bolts may be to blame. Security cameras showed rescuers climbing on the giant slabs to try and rescue those trapped. The last time Japan saw an accident like this was in 1996, when a tunnel collapsed and falling rocks crushed cars and a bus. 20 people were killed.
