Many of us may over-indulge during the holidays and then resolve to get fit in the new year. Matt Dehn of SNAP Fitness in North Mankato says the key to keeping those fitness resolutions is to set goals at the start. He advises to set one large goal, and then smaller incremental goals to reach the final one.
