A 68 year old Mankato man is out of the hospital this Midday after his car fell through the ice on Lake Washington yesterday This was the scene last night, just east of Westwood Marina, where a car fell through a weak point on the ice. Nick Patterson, who helped rescue the victim, said, "When we got here, he crawled out of his window and climbed onto the top of his car and was obviously freezing, it's not very warm out here today. We grabbed a small ladder and helped the first response team get him into the ambulance as quick as we could." The LeSueur County Sheriff's office says the man... 68 year old Robert Drengler, was taken to MCHS-Mankato and treated for Hypothermia.
