State representative arrested for drunk driving

State lawmaker Tom Huntley is being charged with driving while intoxicated.

Huntley acknowledged being arrested on the afternoon of February 2nd.

The DFL representative from Duluth says he was pulled over by authorities for speeding.

Huntley says a state trooper administered a breath test, which revealed a blood-alcohol level of 0.083.

71-year-old Huntley says he doesn't plan to fight the drunken-driving charge.
