In political news the executive director of Minnesota Democratic Farmer-Labor Party is being charged with drunk driving.
The Associated Press is reporting Corey Day hit two parked cars last December in Minneapolis.
Day is now facing two gross misdemeanor counts of DWI, according to a criminal complaint.
The DFL executive told police he had a few glasses of wine at a holiday party.
His blood-alcohol concentration was .19, more than twice Minnesota's legal limit for driving.
Authorities say Day previously pled guilty to a drunken driving charge back in 2009.
