Experts say the increasing cost of crude oil has gas going up around the country. The national average increased nearly 12 cents and sits at $3.68 a gallon... more than 10 cents cheaper than the gas prices we found here in Mankato. Tom Nelson says, "I don't think they have a reason for it. They just do it when they fee like they want to do it."
Nelson spends around 800 dollars a week delivering campers across the country. He says he gets reimbursed for his fuel, but the average person is definitely struggling. Since the start of the year the price of gas in Minnesota has gone up 70 cents.
