Snow overnight was followed by strong winds this morning. That created white-out conditions in some of the rural area. You're looking at video from this morning taken near Owatonna where MnDOT is reporting difficult driving conditions. Those white-out conditions forced a number of school districts to cancel classes for the day. Officials with MnDOT are saying it's not the amount of snow creating the hazardous conditions - it's the poor visibility created by the winds.
