The Fairmont woman who rolled her vehicle early last month, faces 8 counts of felony criminal vehicular homicide.
That's according to court documents. Bail is set at $100,000 with conditions, for 26-year-old Alicia Marie Tapia. We told you that 6 year-old, Amonte King died when the car his mother was driving rolled over on March 3rd. She had two other children in the vehicle. One received minor injuries, while the other child was seriously injured. Authorities at the scene said alcohol was detected in Tapia's system.
Tapia is in jail awaiting her April 22nd omnibus hearing.
