State Patrol Releases Name Of Woman Who Died In Crash On Hwy 169

The name of the woman who died in Wednesday's accident on Highway 169 near LeSueur has been released.

 According to the Minnesota State Patrol website, 84 year–old Audrey A. Nyquist, of Brooklyn Center, died as a result of the crash. It happened around 2:30 in the afternoon just north of Le Sueur, when a semi–truck and a Hyundai Sonata collided. Nyquist was the passenger in the Hyundai. The car was driven by 61 year–old Marcia Vahl, of Maple Grove. Vahl was taken to Minnesota Valley Health Center in Le Sueur with serious injuries.  The hospital would not release any update on her condition. The driver of the truck had no apparent injuries.
