Charges in Janesville Burglary Investigation

JANESVILLE, Minn. -

Three suspects have recently been charged in a burglary incident that dates back to last March in Janesville.

Authorities say the suspects entered the business of Frechette Trucking and stole over $5,500 worth of tools and equipment.

Nearby surveillance footage helped local police identify the suspected burglars.

According to court records, Keith Fuerstenberg, Brittany Sorell, and Holden Herme are each facing two felony charges in connection with this investigation.

"The tools that were stolen were at least partially used to trade for drugs, methamphetamine, many of which were recovered through the great efforts of one of our police officers here," said Chief Dave Ulmen of the Janesville Police Department.

All three suspects are scheduled to appear in Waseca County Court July 30.

Authorities advise businesses to keep record of serial numbers of valuable tools and equipment to assist investigators in the event of a burglary.
