MANKATO, Minn. -
A Mankato man has been charged after an alleged assault back on June 3.
Christopher Neilsen faces four felony counts in connection with the incident.
According to the criminal complaint, Mankato Public Safety responded to a threats call at 429 Hudson Avenue West, after Neilsen allegedly threatened to kill the ex-boyfriend of his current girlfriend.
The complaint goes on to say Neilsen poked his son with a screwdriver and held it to the child's throat, and threatened to kill his own father.
Neilsen was allegedly intoxicated at the time, and at one point threw himself through a wall.
The complaint goes on to say Neilsen pushed a 13-year-old child as well. Neilsen is due back in court July 18.
