Elmore Man Who Fled to Montana Enters Plea in Crim Sex Case

An Elmore man picked up last month in Thompson Falls, Montana wanted on criminal sexual conduct charges was back in court Monday.
 
Nathan Marsh, 37, entered a not guilty plea Monday to three felony counts of criminal-sexual conduct in a Faribault County courtroom.

Authorities are accusing Marsh of multiple incidents of forced sexual contact with a victim who he knew who was less than 18 years of age at the time of the incidents.

His two day trial has not yet been scheduled.

Each of the three felony charges Marsh faces carries a maximum sentence of 15 years and a $30,000 fine.
