A judge has set bail at three million dollars for a Granite Falls man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend.
Andrew Dikken made his first court appearance Thursday on two counts of second-degree murder.
He was the subject of a two-week manhunt after the September 2nd shooting in a Granite Falls home.
Yellow Medicine County Attorney Keith Helgeson cited the 28-year-old Dikken's ``cold and calculated actions'' in the shooting deaths of 26-year-old Kara Monson and her 28-year-old boyfriend, Chris Panitzke.
Helgeson also says Dikken remains a threat to the victims' families and the public.
