A Waseca man accused of breaking into a woman's home and raping her made his initial court appearance today.
Armando DeLaCruz Jr. faces 17 felony counts, including nine counts of criminal sexual conduct, terroristic threats, false imprisonment, kidnapping and four counts of burglary.
A criminal complaint alleges that on September 14th, DeLaCruz entered a Waseca home, tied a woman up and sexually assaulted her while threatening to harm her children if she did not comply with his requests.
DeLaCruz is due back in court on October 29.
Bail is set for $1 million without conditions or half a million with.
