There are just five days left before the federal budget runs out of money. But the process of passing a new spending bill became even more complicated when the House attached an amendment that cuts money for the Affordable Care act. Senate Democrats plan to strip the Obamacare provision from the legislation, but it's not clear if the Republican- controlled House will agree to that. If they don't pass a new budget before Monday at midnight - the government will begin a partial shutdown. And if that happens polls show 44 percent of Americans would blame Republicans while 35 percent would blame President Obama and Democrats. Senate rules require the next procedural vote on the spending bill to take place no later than Friday morning.
