After a busy summer season, the historic Hubbard House in Mankato is closing for the season.
The house, built in 1871, serves as the oldest home in Mankato and is open to the public for tours.
Today marked the last of the tours for the summer season.
Alex Oldenburg has been with the Hubbard House for 10 years.
She says the historical significance is what draws her to learn more.
Oldenburg says, "It's really neat to see how things have changed just in 100 years. A lot of things here are local pieces as well."
The tours will resume again in December for the Christmas season.
