Tens of thousands of people in the Philippines are struggling for basic necessities after a Typhoon slammed into the nation.
International aid is on the way but right now the Interior Minister says all systems, including: communications, power, and water are all down.
Residents are picking through the rubble in coastal towns looking for victims. There's fear the typhoon killed as many as 10,000 people in just one city alone. Thousands more have no place to live, and nothing left but the clothes on their backs.
The typhoon named 'Haiyan,' barreled through the Philippines on Friday, with winds that gusted to 170 miles per hour.
