In one Moscow subway station, passengers can get one ticket by doing 30 squats within two minutes in front of a squat-to-ride ticket machine.
The activity started November 3rd and has attracted more than 140-thousand passengers to participate as part of the effort to support the Olympics just three months ahead of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
The activity is to encourage people not only to watch the Olympic Games but also to exercise in their daily lives.
The activity runs until December 3.
