A 18-year-old Minnesota Lake man has been arrested and charged accused of raping a 15-year-old juvenile in Blue Earth County.

Putting 18 year old Bryce Jeffrey Woitas behind bars for allegedly raping a 15 year old girl.
According to the police report, the sexual assault occurred after 7:30pm on the night of November 14th.
The victim was at a grocery store when Woitas met up with her. There, he asked her to get into his truck.
The suspect then drove out of town.
Murry says, "They ended up driving out into the country and at that point the incident took place against her will."
The complaint goes on to say while parked on the Blue Earth county gravel road, the girl moved to the driver's seat and asked Woitas what he would do if she drove.
Woitas then allegedly grabbed her in the genital area and began kissing her.
The victim told police she repeatedly told him to let go and stop, but he didn't, and according to the report, eventually raped her.
Since the victim is a juvenile, authorities are giving few details.
Once interviewed by police, Woitas did admit to having sexual intercourse with the minor and is currently in Blue Earth County jail with bond set at $100,000.
