The Kiwanis lights turned on this past weekend, and thousands of people turned out to see the spectacle to their eyes.
Organizers say 13,000 people have attended Sibley Park's festival in just three days walking by displays or traversing the park in vehicles.
The cooperative weather this weekend and a change in the parade route benefited the attendance numbers.
This year featured over a million lights, a skating rink, and a parade consisting of 50 units.
The Kiwanis lights will continue through the month of December with the lights turning on at 5 P-M each night.
