The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train made a stop in New Ulm this evening to help raise money for local food shelves.
Visitors from all over the area came to see the lights and musical performance aboard a boxcar, bringing excitement for the Christmas season.
Slama says, "We're just hoping to see the big set of Christmas lights traveling and we actually want to follow it when it leaves."
The Holiday Train has raised more than seven million dollars for food shelves across the United States and Canada. After New Ulm, the locomotive made its way to Janesville.
