In state news... Crews have pulled a third body from the Mississippi River in downtown Winona while searching for victims of an SUV crash into the icy waterway this weekend.
Winona County Sheriff Dave Brand says the body was recovered about 1:30 this afternoon.
Brand says sonar located the body of a man in the same area where the SUV plunged into the river early Sunday.
An underwater robotic device was brought in to help search for TWO missing men at the start of the day.
Authorities believe the body recovered today and one other person was in the vehicle when it went off a street and through a guard rail.
Two other people drowned.
The sheriff says the search for the second man is continuing.
