If you've driven east of Mankato along Madison Avenue this weekend, you may have spotted this unique sculpture in Mankato.
Dubbed Tyrano–snow–us Rex, this creation of prehistoric proportions looms nearly ten feet tall along the roadway.
The recent snowfall and warmer temperatures created perfect conditions for Ryan Sieberg to bring the beast to life.
Utilizing yardsticks and two–by–fours, it took him only four hours to complete.
Ryan Sieberg, a sculptor of the frozen dinosaur, says "This was Thursday during the snow...making the best of it."
"People pulling in the driveway to turn around and take pictures..."
Sieberg plans to create more sculptures down the road.
