Two New Ulm Men Arrested Following Downtown Assault

Two New Ulm men face third degree assault charges for an incident early Sunday morning.

According to the criminal complaint officers responded to an apparent assault with a man lying on the sidewalk unconscious outside of a downtown Mankato establishment.

Witnesses say they saw 23 year old William Walter Braulick strangling the victim inside the building and 24 year old Jeremy Scott Rose sucker punch the individual outside the facility, with the victim seeming to lose consciousness.

Braulick's bail was set at $10,000 with conditions, Rose's was set at $7,500.

Braulick and Rose will have a Rule 8 hearing on March 6th at 10:30.
