Vikings Taste of Mankato this Friday

Friday, July 31, 5 – 8 pm –  Vikings Tasting: Mankato Style will be held on Front Street in the Mankato City Center. Come for great food, music and Vikings spirit! A variety of Front Street restaurants will be sampling their food specialties accompanied by Vikings alumni, cheerleaders and Viktor.

Attendees will be able to sample any or all food from vendors present. All those who enter will receive a free autograph card to collect autographs from any Vikings figures. In addition, attendees will also receive a souvenir stadium cup from Miller Brewing Co. Beverage vendors include Miller Brewing Co. and Pepsi. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children ages 12 and under.  Proceeds from the evening will be split between the Vikings Children's Fund and the Blue Earth County Historical Society Young Historians program.

Saturday, August 1 –  Fan Night with practice under the lights, fireworks, alumni, a 50th Year Ceremony and a kick–off to Hall of Fame week.
