Man Jailed, Accused of Breaking Into Adult Foster Care Facility

A 26-year-old man is in Blue Earth County jail after reportedly breaking into an Adult Foster Care facility and threatening two workers with a knife.
Mankato Public Safety says they received a call around 1 Sunday morning, from a female employee of the home who said her boyfriend entered the residence without permission.
According to the report, he picked up a knife and threatened the woman and one of her co-workers.
Tanner Lee Goodrich was taken into custody.
No one was injured in the incident.
Public safety is requesting charges of 1st Degree Burglary and 2nd degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
Goodrich remains in Blue Earth County jail awaiting an initial court appearance.
