MN Dept. Of Agriculture Offering Training To Help Farmers Deal With Stress

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture is offering training in an effort to help farmers deal with stress among other challenges.

Down on the Farm: Supporting Farmers in Stressful Times training sessions are being offered in six different cities across the state in January, February and March.

The courses are designed to help people who work with farmers on a regular basis recognize and help them respond to stress, anxiety or other emotional challenges.

The three–hour workshops are free. A course will be held at South Central College in North Mankato on February 22.
