No matter which team you were cheering for, Super Bowl Sunday didn't end on a good note for those that chose to drink and drive. Preliminary data from the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety found 152 people were arrested for DWIs on Super Bowl Sunday alone. Throughout the entire weekend, 331 DWI arrests were made statewide. That's up from the 142 DWI arrests made during last year's Super Bowl weekend. So far this year, Minnesota officers have arrested over 2200 motorists for driving while impaired.
