Greater Mankato is once again leading the way in year over year job gains.
Figures released today by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development show a steady April unemployment rate at 3.2%.
The state did lose 3200 jobs in April, but the unemployment rate remains at its lowest level in 17 years.
The Mankato MSA has gained just over 900 jobs in the last year, a 1.6% growth rate, surpassing the other 4 MSA's across the state.
