The city of Springfield is looking for volunteers to help clean up its Riverside Park and Rothenburg Campground.
Volunteers are needed beginning next Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Jobs include picking up sticks, garbage, raking and shoveling gravel.
Officials say clean-up will continue until the campground and park are ready to reopen.
Volunteers can sign up at 8:30 a.m. each day at the city's community center.
All volunteers are asked to wear a bright colored shirt and close-toed shoes. Gloves will be provided.
A note for drivers..the road into Riverside Park is open. But the city is asking people not to drive into the park, especially during clean-up efforts.
