ST. PAUL, MN - The Minnesota State Fair is always a good time, and this year, there will be even more to see and do.

Seven new rides are making their debut at the fair including a few that haven't been seen anywhere else in the country.

Foodies can catch cooking demos at the remodeled Cambria Kitchen.  Celebrity chef Andrew Zimmern will be there on August 24th.

Fairgoers can learn about environmental issues at the new 'Eco Experience' exhibit.

There are also new pet pavilions and outdoor demonstration areas, a new eating area called 'The hangar', and a new restroom with 52 toilets.  All the old familiar favorites, like livestock and agriculture exhibits, will still be there.

The state fair runs from August 23rd until Labor day.
