MANKATO, MN - ECHO Food Shelf is getting a huge donation that will help provide breakfast for lots of people.
Hy-Vee is donating an entire pallet of cereal to the food shelf.  That adds up to over 400 boxes of cereal.  ECHO Food Shelf says they are grateful for the donation and all the help they get from the community on a daily basis.
Deisy De Leon, manager of ECHO Food Shelf, said: "We're very thankful to Hy-Vee and others in the community that continually support us and allow us to fulfill our mission of providing emergency food assistance to families in our community."
Hy-Vee is donating cereals that are part of their 'One-Step' program, where for every box purchased, they donate a meal to a child.
