Recipe from Freda Jones of North Carolina

Ingredients:

1/2 lb bulk sausage, hot or mild
1 cup rice
2 c chicken broth

Brown sausage in sauce pan. 
Add rice.  Stir, while heating, approximately 2 min. 
Pour in chicken broth.  Stir. Cover.
Cook approximately 20 min., or until rice is done. 
Remove lid.
Stir with a fork to fluff rice.

Serve immediately.  This is good for breakfast, or as a side dish for lunch or dinner.

Serves 4.
