MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - Minnesota Vikings running back Roc Thomas has been suspended by the NFL without pay for three games after violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Thomas is eligible to practice in all off-season and preseason practices and games and can join the Vikings roster on September 23, following the squad’s game against the Oakland Raiders at U.S. Bank Stadium.
