Importance of stretching ahead of marathon weekend
Cross-training, strength training, foam rollers and stretching all help with injury prevention

Jordan Moen is a physical therapist at Mayo Clinic Health System and says cross-training, strength training, foam rollers and stretching are important to avoid injury while running.
