Fire takes down garage, power pole in downtown Mankato
The fire caused $35,000 in damage.

MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) — A fire in downtown Mankato Thursday morning causes damage to a detached garage and power poles.
The fire broke out around 10:45 a.m. at 115 State Street.
It started in a detached garage and eventually made its way to a power pole causing $35,000 in damage.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
