ST. PAUL, Minn. (KEYC) - The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources seeks input as it looks into potential waterfowl hunting changes.
Possible changes include an early teal season, allowing motorized decoys, eliminating the 4:00 p.m. early season closure, expanding trolling motor use, and increasing the Canada goose bag limit. The public input period remains open until the end of the month. In March, the DNR plans to release its proposed regulation changes. It will also hold a virtual town hall meeting to discuss the proposed changes and will take additional public comment.
