MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - The Highway 14 expansion project between Mankato and New Ulm is one of four Greater Minnesota projects receiving state funding.
The four projects will receive a total of $1.85 million for infrastructure development under the state’s Transportation Economic Development program. Nicollet County is set to receive around $409,000. The funds will help construct two interchanges on Highway 14 between Mankato and New Ulm, which is part of a larger project to expand the highway to four lanes. The total cost of the project will come out to more than $1.8 million.
