Significant fire damage to Winona storage facility

UPDATE: According to the Winona Fire Department, at approximately 11:04 p.m. Thursday night it responded to a report of a building on fire.

Upon arrival firefighters found a multi-unit storage facility on fire.

The fire caused significant damage to the facility and was under control by midnight. The fire did not extend to any other buildings.

There are no reported injuries. The fire department cleared the scene by 3:30 a.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) – Firefighters were on the scene of a fire at a multi-unit storage facility.

It happened in the area of Front Street and St. Charles Street in Winona.

The post says that of 2:30 a.m. Friday the fire is out.

Crews will remain on the scene of overhaul and putting out hotspots.
