(KEYC) - Parkinson’s disease is a brain disorder that causes unintended or uncontrollable movements, such as shaking, stiffness, River’s Edge Hospital, in St. Peter, offers Rock Steady Boxing class, held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:15 p.m. Deb Mattson, MPT, from River’s Edge was on hand to show the benefits of boxing.
