Adding pizzazz to your salad

MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - It’s not easy eating green. Many salad basics, including tomatoes, sweet peppers and the greens, are chock-full of antioxidants. Add high fiber and low calories into the mix and you can’t go wrong including a salad in your daily diet. However, some folks need something to pizzazz their salads up a little bit. Dietitian April Graff visited the Kato Living studio with some ideas.
