MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - The food truck industry is growing by an average of 10% each year since 2016. and the industry is expected to continue this trend. And listen to this number, in 2011, the number of food truck businesses in the U.S. was 8,677, and just ten years later that number reached 32,287.

The newest food truck in the Mankato area features something fun and sure to please the whole family! A couple of local entrepreneurs are introducing Donut N-V to our community...
