NEW ULM, MN - A hardware store is closing its doors for good after decades in business.
Retzlaff's Ace Hardware on Minnesota Street has been open for 131 years.  The business has been family owned since the very beginning.  Closing up shop has been emotional for the brothers who own the store.

Brad Retzlaff, who owns the store with his brother John, said, "Really tough.  We've been doing it all our lives and it's a part of us.  Everyday we're here."
Even though the hardware portion of the business is closing, the marine and small engine repair shop will remain open.
