Mankato, Minn.-- The Harry Meyering Center provides adults with developmental disabilities services to be successful in the community.
The non-profit organization provides living services and serves hundreds of people in the Mankato area.

Monday, they made Valentine's Day cards to give to loved ones this week.

"We just like being creative and coloring. Sharing the love and celebrating the holiday of Valentine's Day," said Kyle Archerd, coordinator of community connections at Harry Meyering. "Just because they're in a group home setting doesn't mean they don't love, share love and have people that they want to give Valentine's Day cards to."
She works to create events that help those with cognitive and physical disabilities feel included.

The center currently has job, internship and volunteer opportunities.
