Roundabouts, flood wall being considered for Lee Boulevard in North Mankato

NORTH MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - The city of North Mankato is looking into changes to the Lookout Drive and Lee Boulevard intersection.

The city is particularly looking at flood mitigation and and intersection safety, and proposed changes include a flood wall and gate at Judson Bottom Road, roundabouts at the Lookout Drive and Belgrade Avenue intersections with Lee Bloulevard, reducing lanes on Lookout Drive and realigning South Avenue.

The city is working with the Mankato/North Mankato Area Planning Organization (MAPO) to survey the community on the proposed changes. That survey and more information about the study can be found here.
